One of the main expertise of EMC and its team is developing result oriented Strategic Plans for the Governmental, Nongovernmental and Business companies, Media and Academia. EMC team members were one of the pioneers in the country who started SP processes in all above mentioned sectors. Among very first Governmental Organizations who started to develop Strategic Plans, was Civil Registry of Georgia. With this agency, Evaluation and Management Consulting Leaders who the same time were the leaders of the Georgian Evaluation Association pioneered the development of result oriented strategic plan creation for the civil registry of Georgia.

EMC Team sees the strategic planning process (facilitated with this agency) as very important management process. During several months period EMC /Georgian Evaluation Association Leaders provided very high quality services and professional expertise during the group trainings, workshops, as well as individual direct assistances to the CRA personnel that l helped the Agency to head in the right direction so the agency can improve upon it with each cycle of the process.



EMC Launched New Business Initiative – GrowGeorgia
GrowGeorgia – the first Georgian business marketplace for company transactions starts functioning. It offers new opportunities for Georgian business companies, willing to expand their business and attract foreign investments. GrowGeorgia’s objective is to connect these companies to foreign investors around the globe and to attract investors to Georgia. (read more)
EMC Evaluated Caritas Czech Republic Project
In December, 2014 EMC signed the contract with Caritas Czech Republic (CCR) for conducting external evaluation of the project "People with Disabilities – Natural and Respected Group of Society". Evaluation aimed to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the project. (read more)
Developing 2015-2017 Strategic Plan for the Health Ministry of Kyrgyz Republic
In November 2014 President of EMC – Nino Saakashvili signed the contract with the American Company International Resources Group operating around the world (IRG)/ENGILITY and was invited to develop the three-year 2014-2017 strategic plan for Ministry of Health of Kyrgyz Republic under the Good Governance and Public Administration Strengthening (GGPAS) Program, funded by USAID (read more)
