Project Title: Civil Society Assessment and Situational Analyses in Georgia

In March 2014, EMC signed the contract with the American Organization FHI360 operating around the globe to conduct an assessment of the Civil Society Development and for making the analyses of socio political situation in Georgia.

In order to make the above mentioned assessment and analyses, EMC organized series of individual meetings, interviews with the leaders of NGO sector from Tbilisi and around the county and conducted the focus group meetings with different Civil Society stakeholders.

As a results of the assessment, ECM developed the assessment report and wrote the recommendations for FHI360 possible intervention areas in the new USAID Civil Society development RFA where FHI360 plans to participate.

EMC Workshop in Frankfurt and Main, Germany

Project Cycle, Monitoring and Evaluation

On March 22, 2018 EMC is organizing one-day workshop in Frankfurt, Germany on the topic Project Cycle, Monitoring and Evaluation. EMC’s President Nino Saakashvili will conduct the workshop.Workshop will provide an overview of results-based management including result based project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) with an emphasis of tools and methods for successfully managing the projects and achieving its objectives. The workshop will cover fundamental concepts of project management, methods of project Monitoring & Evaluation, results measurement indicators and frameworks. Also, evaluation processes including evaluation planning, collecting and analyzing data, developing evaluation report and communicating results.
