In February 2014 EMC signed the contract with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to conduct evaluation of effectiveness of the program "Solidifying Awareness of Trafficking in Persons in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia through Education" implemented by IOM. The evaluation aimed also to develop specific recommendations for making program results sustainable and transfer them into the practice for medium and long-term basis.

The main goal of IOM project was to promote trafficking prevention and safe migration in Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia. Project was implemented during 2008-2013.

Evaluation report developed by EMC includes not only the findings, conclusions and recommendations, but also the common vision and attitude of evaluators about the ways of solving trafficking problems in Georgia.

EMC Workshop in Frankfurt and Main, Germany

Project Cycle, Monitoring and Evaluation

On March 22, 2018 EMC is organizing one-day workshop in Frankfurt, Germany on the topic Project Cycle, Monitoring and Evaluation. EMC’s President Nino Saakashvili will conduct the workshop.Workshop will provide an overview of results-based management including result based project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) with an emphasis of tools and methods for successfully managing the projects and achieving its objectives. The workshop will cover fundamental concepts of project management, methods of project Monitoring & Evaluation, results measurement indicators and frameworks. Also, evaluation processes including evaluation planning, collecting and analyzing data, developing evaluation report and communicating results.
