EMC sees trainings as the means for acquisition of knowledge, skills, and abilities through professional development. EMC designs Trainings about knowing where you stand at present, no matter how good or bad the current situation looks and where you will be after some point of time. EMC provides trainings that refer to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. To adequately equip trainees for a certain task, they need the knowledge required to do the task. Knowledge alone, however, is insufficient. Trainees must also learn the appropriate skills and attitudes needed to perform the task well. EMC trainings are a learning process that involves gaining knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts, rules, or changing attitudes and behaviors to enhance the performance of trainees whom the training is being provided to.
